When you register for an account, we ask for your contact information, including items such as name, email address, and phone number. We also collect content prompts and input options to configure and execute the AI writing generations.

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:• Provide, operate, and maintain our AI generation engine.• Process payouts and monitor affiliate referral cookies (30-day window).• Communicate with you for updates and billing purposes.• Prevent fraud and abuse of shared API allocations.

3. Log Files

BDWriter follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they use the app. This is part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamps, and page navigation. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

4. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, BDWriter uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, session status (`user_email`), and referring affiliate tracking code (`ref_code`) for commission attribution.

5. Data Deletion Requests

Users can request the deletion of their personal profiles and history records by sending an email to support@bdwriter.org. We will wipe your database records within 72 business hours.
