We want you to love using BDWriter. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 14-day refund window on all initial subscription plans. If you decide BDWriter is not the right fit for your content writing workflow within 14 days of your purchase, you can email us to receive a complete refund.

2. Condition of Refund

To prevent abuse of our AI models, the refund guarantee only applies if your account has used less than 20,000 words of generation quota during the trial/refund window. Accounts exceeding this word consumption limit are not eligible for a full refund.

3. Credit Pack Purchase Exclusions

Please note that one-time BDT credit pack additions (e.g. balance top-ups for Pay-Per-Use Ultra models) are **non-refundable** once any portion of the credits has been spent on model queries.

4. How to Request a Refund

Simply email our billing department at support@bdwriter.org with your account email address and payment receipt. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment channel.
