Terms of Service

Welcome to BDWriter (accessible at bdwriter.org). By signing up or using our AI writing dashboard and API integrations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Account Terms

You must provide accurate account information during signup (including a valid email and phone number). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and passwords. Automated account signups (bots) are strictly prohibited.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

BDWriter provides AI content generation tools. You may not use the services to generate malware, hate speech, spam, or misleading content. You represent that your prompts and content inputs do not violate third-party copyright or trademark laws.

3. API & Credit Quotas

Standard monthly plans allocate generation quotas. Pay-Per-Use (Ultra Plan) models deduct credits directly from your BDT balance based on token counts. Quota and credit rates are clearly detailed in the Models tab in the Dashboard.

4. Affiliate Commissions

Commissions are paid on a manual cashout basis to valid bKash, Nagad, or bank accounts in Bangladesh once the minimum payout threshold is met. BDWriter reserves the right to block affiliate accounts engaged in self-referrals or fraudulent activity.

5. Modifications to Service

BDWriter reserves the right to modify pricing, token rates, and model availability with or without prior notice. Subscription changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
